Playa del Carmen has it all! Nestled on Mexico’s stunning Yucatan Peninsula, along the Riviera Maya, this vibrant coastal town offers a more relaxed and authentic adventure. Don’t get me wrong, the beaches are made for relaxation, and thrill, with water rentals on the beach. I went a bit crazy on my jet ski and got a standing ovation when I returned mine! One of my favorite spontaneous adventures? A last minute taxi ride to the ancient Tulum Ruins, just 45 minutes away. The surrounding area is rich with underwater rivers and cenotes, perfect for exploring! Playa, as the locals call it, is the perfect blend of chill and thrill. It truely stays with you!
